It gives staff access to services like email, calendar, contacts, and tasks from PCs, web browsers and mobile devices. It integrates fully with Active Directory, enabling our Ninjas to use group policies, as well as other administration tools, to manage Exchange Online features across their environment. Businesses that subscribe to Exchange Online retain control over the messaging services they offer to staff, but they do not have the operational burden of on-premises server software.
Microsoft Exchange Online Archiving is a Microsoft Office 365 cloud-based, enterprise-class archiving solution for businesses that have deployed Microsoft Exchange Servers on-site or subscribe to certain Exchange Online or Office 365 plans. Exchange Online Archiving assists businesses with their archiving, compliance, regulatory, and eDiscovery challenges while simplifying on-premises infrastructure, and thereby reducing costs and easing IT burdens. As a Microsoft Office 365 online service, Exchange Online Archiving is designed to help meet the need for robust security, reliability, and user productivity.
OneDrive for Business is an online storage solution from Microsoft’s cloud that provides individual staff members in businesses to use it to help protect work files and access them across multiple devices anywhere in the world. OneDrive lets you share files and collaborate documents, sync files to their computers or devices and allow your staff to work online anywhere. OneDrive offers a second chance for that accidental deletion with a secondary recycle bin so you will never lose documentation again.

Microsoft Teams is built on the Office 365 Cloud platform that allows your staff to communicate as a team whilst still offering the same enterprise-level security, compliance, and manageability as the rest of Office 365. Teams leverage identities stored in the Azure Active Directory (Azure AD). When you create a team, your business gets a new Office 365 group, a SharePoint Online site and document library to store team files, an Exchange Online shared mailbox and calendar that all tie into other Office 365 apps such as Planner and Power BI.
