When a problem requires that hands on approach, we will send out a Friendly and Skilled Ninja to assist on-site. They will do everything possible to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and assist where ever else they can to bring any crisis to an end and get business back up and running. Our Ninjas are proud of what they do and this shows in their work. They assist with everything that is needed and more. While our Ninja is on-site, we will also have one of our Helpdesk Ninjas remote in to assist so that we can monitor whether everything is working properly to ensure that the problem gets resolved. Our Ninjas have constant training and education so that we can make sure that we will always be on track and up to date with the latest in technologies and programs.

When calling into our dedicated helpdesk and speaking to one of our Support Ninjas, they are always friendly and willing to assist remotely, no matter the urgency or problem. Our remote support is the quickest way to getting your problems resolved. We do this via TeamViewer, SceenConnect, AnyDesk or Telephonically. Our Friendly Ninjas will take the opportunity to get all the problems resolved in the quickest time possible to get you back up and running as soon as we can. We are skilled and are using that skill to your advantage. 

Depending on the issue, we will be able to tell you telephonically how to resolve the issue or log in remotely to assist and resolve the issue if it is needed. We will remote into your desktop or laptop and work on resolving the issue as quickly as possible. If we find that the issue cannot be resolved remotely, we would then look into sending one of our Skilled Ninjas directly to you to resolve the issue.

Block Hours are bundles of pre-paid hours for support services that need to be rendered, either on-site or remotely for all support needs. We are proactive with this and work with you to fix the issues. Initial call-out fees aren't changed for (within your allocated hours - as per your block hour agreement).
